FAQ
How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking at least 4–6 weeks in advance for most events. For large corporate events or peak dates (summer, holidays), 2–3 months is ideal. Last-minute requests are sometimes possible — reach out and we'll do our best.
Do you travel outside Las Vegas?
Yes. We regularly serve the greater Las Vegas valley including Henderson, Summerlin, North Las Vegas, and Boulder City. Travel to nearby destinations (Laughlin, Mesquite, etc.) is available — contact us for a travel quote.
Can I mix and match services?
Absolutely. Most clients combine multiple services — for example, a luau show with Hawaiian catering and lei greeting. Use our Luau Planner to select exactly what you need and we'll build a custom package.
What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellations made 30+ days before the event receive a full refund. Cancellations within 14–29 days receive a 50% refund. Within 14 days, deposits are non-refundable. We always try to work with clients on rescheduling.
Are your fire performers insured?
Yes. All fire performances are conducted by certified professionals carrying full liability insurance. We conduct venue walkthroughs and safety checks before every show and comply with all venue fire safety requirements.
