9thisland.events is a luau planning and event services platform serving the Greater Las Vegas area. We connect clients with luau entertainment, catering, décor, and related event services — including performances, whole roasted pig, Hawaiian leis, branded coconuts, roaming tikis, lei greetings, and luau props hire.

Our website allows you to submit event planning inquiries, receive custom quotes, browse vendor add-on packages, and contact our team. Submitting a quote request does not constitute a binding contract or guarantee of service availability. All bookings are confirmed only upon written agreement and receipt of a deposit.

You must be at least 18 years of age to use our website or engage our services. By using this site, you represent and warrant that you are 18 or older and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.

Quote requests: Submitting a quote request through our Luau Planner is a non-binding inquiry. We will respond with a custom quote within 24 hours. Quotes are estimates based on the information provided and are subject to change based on final event details.

Booking confirmation: A booking is confirmed only when both parties have signed a service agreement and a deposit has been received. We reserve the right to decline any booking at our discretion.

Accuracy of information: You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information when submitting inquiries or booking requests. Providing false or misleading information may result in cancellation of your booking without refund.

Specific payment terms, deposit amounts, and cancellation policies are outlined in your individual service agreement. The following general terms apply unless otherwise specified in writing:

• A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your event date.
• Cancellations made 30 or more days before the event date may be eligible for a partial refund of amounts paid beyond the deposit, at our discretion.
• Cancellations made fewer than 30 days before the event date are generally non-refundable.
• We reserve the right to cancel services due to circumstances beyond our control (force majeure), including but not limited to severe weather, natural disasters, or public health emergencies. In such cases, we will work with you to reschedule or issue a credit.

Our platform may feature approved third-party vendor partners whose packages can be added to your event quote. These vendors are independent contractors, not employees or agents of 9thisland.events. While we vet and approve vendors before listing them, we do not guarantee the performance, quality, or conduct of any third-party vendor.

Prices displayed for vendor packages reflect our service coordination fee. By selecting a vendor package, you authorize us to coordinate with that vendor on your behalf. Any disputes with a vendor regarding their services should be directed to us and we will facilitate resolution.

If you apply to become a vendor partner through our platform, you represent and warrant that:

• All information provided in your application is accurate and complete.
• You hold all required licenses, permits, and insurance for your business or performance activities.
• You have the right to submit any documents, images, or media included in your application.
• You will maintain current insurance and licensing throughout any active vendor relationship.

Approval of a vendor application does not guarantee any minimum number of bookings or referrals. We reserve the right to remove any vendor from our platform at any time, with or without cause.

All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, images, and software — is the property of 9thisland.events (operated by Manea Events LLC) or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content on this site without our express written permission.

By submitting content to us (including blog submissions, event photos, or testimonials), you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, display, and distribute that content in connection with our services and marketing.

Our website may allow clients to submit event blog posts and stories. By submitting content, you represent that you own or have the right to share all submitted text, photos, and media. You agree not to submit content that is defamatory, obscene, infringing, or otherwise unlawful.

We reserve the right to review, edit, approve, or reject any submitted content at our sole discretion. Approved content may be edited for clarity, length, or style before publication. We may remove published content at any time without notice.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or our services shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the three (3) months preceding the claim.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless 9thisland.events (operated by Manea Events LLC) and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or in any way connected with your use of our website or services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another party.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of our services shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Clark County, Nevada, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.
