How far in advance should I book?

Do you require a deposit?

Yes, a 50% deposit is required to secure your event date. The remaining balance is due 7 days before your event.

The Grand Finale Fire Show is a spectacular closing performance featuring our top fire performers in a coordinated finale. It's a flat-rate add-on at $1,000 and is the perfect way to end your luau on a high note.

What do you need from the venue?

For entertainment, we need a performance area of at least 20×20 ft, access to power outlets, and a clear sightline for guests. For catering, we need a prep area with access to water and power.
